Change in Mind offers mindfulness programmes and participatory workshops to support wellbeing, creativity, confidence and compassion in your team and organisation.
Mindfulness programmes
My mindfulness programmes for change making organisations are designed to prevent burn out and cultivate wellbeing, empowerment and connection. They provide you and your team with tools to manage the challenges of social and ecological justice work, to prioritise self and collective care for a sustainable working culture, and support clear and compassionate communication within your organisation.
Mindfulness is proven to reduces stress, improve quality of life and wellbeing, improve relationships, and increase ability to focus on the task at hand. It can help you and your team to be present in the here and now, supporting capacity to make wise and empowered choices for ourselves, others and our planet.
My courses are based on Breathworks’ evidence-based approach. Courses are tailored to the needs of you and your team so please get in touch to discuss an approach that will work for you.
Participatory workshops
Our Active Hope workshops inspire connection, purpose and renewal within your team. These workshops are based on The Work That Reconnects, a transformative group workshop process which cultivates hope, care and clarity to be able to respond effectively to issues of concern.
A typical workshop begins with exploring joy as a basis for wellbeing and personal resilience. We then honour the emotional difficulties of facing social, racial and ecological injustice issues. In the third stage we develop new perspectives and individual and collective power. In the final stage, we use this momentum to set concrete intentions and practical actions that we can take back into our work and our communities.
Workshops can be delivered as a one-off team building activity on an away day or as a short course and are designed to meet your specific needs. Please get in touch if you’d like to learn more about Active Hope workshops and how they can benefit your team.
