This six-week course for change-makers will support you to prevent burn out & manage stress, find new sources of wellbeing & joy, reconnect with your passion, and gain new perspectives on personal and social change.
This course is for anyone working for a better world who is looking to find more balance, joy and wellbeing in life. It is ideal for people new to secular mindfulness meditation as well as people who have a basic grasp of mindfulness and are looking for a supportive group context to refresh and deepen their practice.

This free taster session is for third sector professionals and social justice advocates interested in exploring how mindfulness can support workplace wellbeing.
Working in busy organisations on issues of concern can be challenging and burn out is a real risk. This workshop explores how mindfulness can help to prevent burn out and promote staff wellbeing and flourishing.

Past event: Mindfulness monthly drop-in
A monthly drop-in mindfulness meditation class to recharge your batteries! This class provides a space to step out of auto-pilot and drop beneath the surface of the daily grind. By taking this time to pause, we can experience greater clarity, calm & self-compassion and increase our capacity to be present for others and our world.
This class is suitable for people who have already learnt some of the basics of mindfulness at a course or class and have some prior experience of meditation.
