A monthly drop-in mindfulness meditation class to recharge your batteries! This class provides a space to step out of auto-pilot and drop beneath the surface of the daily grind. By taking this time to pause, we can experience greater clarity, calm & self-compassion and increase our capacity to be present for others and our world.
The session will include mindful movement, guided meditation practice, space for sharing and discussion, and input and guidance around a different theme each month.
This class is suitable for people who have already learnt some of the basics of mindfulness at a course or class and have some prior experience of meditation. It’s perfect for people looking to re-connect with mindfulness practice or keep up momentum, by coming together in community.
This class takes place the first Thursday of every month. Next class: Thursday 6th October.
Suggested financial contribution: £12 (waged), £8 (concession). This is a guideline and you’re welcome to contribute more or less, depending on your circumstances.
