Mindfulness - what’s all the fuss about? A FREE taster for third sector organisations

This free taster session is for third sector professionals and social justice advocates interested in exploring how mindfulness can support workplace wellbeing. You might have a role in supporting wellbeing within your team or organisation and be interested to explore how mindfulness might help, or you might just be interested in trying out mindfulness!

Working in busy organisations on issues of concern can be challenging and burn out is a real risk. Change In Mind offers mindfulness programmes specifically tailored for the challenges of the sector to help to prevent burn out and promote staff wellbeing and flourishing.

This taster session will provide a space to pause from your day and recharge. You'll have a direct experience of the benefits of mindfulness and a deeper understanding of the ways it can support wellbeing in your team/organisation. You'll also have an idea of the way mindfulness can be applied in a workplace setting to enhance wellbeing, sustainability, positive relationships and creativity within your organisation.
